Anterior & Posterior Indirect
7th – 8TH FEBRuary 2025
Introduction
In modern dentistry, anterior and posterior indirect restorations are an essential solution for restoring teeth with precision, strength, and aesthetics. These techniques involve creating custom restorations, such as veneers, inlays, onlays, or crowns, that are fabricated outside the mouth using advanced materials like porcelain or composite resin. Designed to address both the functional and cosmetic needs of patients, anterior restorations focus on the visible front teeth, enhancing smiles by repairing chips, discoloration, or misalignment. Posterior restorations, on the other hand, strengthen and restore molars and premolars, ensuring durability for chewing and bite stability. This approach not only provides a natural, seamless appearance but also helps preserve the integrity of the remaining tooth structure.
