Comprehensive Molar Endodontics
18th – 20th JULY 2025
Molar endodontic treatment can be very challenging for clinicians especially in decision making to get the best outcome. Understanding the pathophysiology of pupal and periapical diseases, role of CBCT in diagnosis and treatment planning, achieving minimally invasive access, root canal morphological variations, predictable debridement using evidence-based protocols and latest devices, obtaining three-dimensional obturation and good coronal seal are very essential factors for the success of an endodontic treatment. Therefore, this 3-days comprehensive Molar Endodontics Course will focus on a systematic approach to formulate the clinical diagnosis, use of operative microscope, ultrasonics, and evidence-based treatment protocols and procedures to accomplish the predictable success in treating molar endodontic cases.
Upon completion of the programme, the candidate should be able to:
- Enhance the evidence-based knowledge and improve skills in managing endodontic cases in clinical practice.
- Develop familiarity with the use of magnification and latest instruments and technology in managing endodontic cases with a higher degree of confidence and predictability.
- Boost confidence in managing molar teeth with morphological variations including MB2, ‘C’ shaped and severely curved canals.
- Understand management of cracked teeth and teeth with calcified canals.
- Manage tooth perforation and handle various bioceramic- based materials.
- Manage broken-down teeth using latest bulkfil material including post and core.
- Benefits of illumination/magnification using operating microscopes, ultrasonics, advanced rotary endodontic files, newer irrigation devices, thermoplasticised obturation techniques/systems, latest bulkfil materials to make endodontic treatment easy, quick and predictable.
- Clinical tips and tricks to manage teeth with root canal morphological variations including MB2 and
‘C” shaped and severely curved canals. - Approaches to manage cracked teeth and teeth with calcified canals.
- Strategies to manage tooth perforation and handling of various bioceramic- based materials.
- Decision making in managing badly broken-down teeth using post and core.
- Upon completion, participants will be awarded with a Certificate.
