Dr. Jayavel Rajan

Dr. Jey graduated with a Bachelors in Dental Surgery in 2004 and obtained a Masters Degree in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics from India in 2007. He has worked as an Assistant Professor, training both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students in India and Malaysia. He has published articles in local and International journals.

Dr. Jey has 13 years of clinical experience in the field of Endodontics. To add to his credits, Jey is an Affiliate Associate Fellow of the Prestigious American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Jey is a full time dental practitioner in Tan Endodontic (Dental) Specialist Clinic in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He is also a key opinion leader for Dentsply Sirona since 2015 and has trained General Dental Practitioners in Rotary Endodontics & Microscopic Dentistry.

Dr. Shawn Paul

Dr. Shawn Paul graduated from Manipal University (MCODS) in 2015. He then passed his MJDF Part 1 examinations in 2018 and obtained his Diploma in MFDS by RCS(Ed) in 2019. Dr Shawn’s continued interest in pursuing a post-graduation master’s programme led him to passing the Basic Medical Sciences (BMS) examination by University Malaya in 2020.

He has been practising since 2016 with a deep interest in restorative dentistry.

Being extremely passionate about continuous dental education, he has started a weekly dental discussion session on his Instagram and Facebook page, Teeth Talk Tuesday since 2019. Dr Shawn has also hosted many dental webinars online including Dental Photography, Endodontics and was even invited to give a Rubberdamology webinar to raise funds for charity.

Dr Shawn is currently working in the Restorative Specialist Clinic in Klinik Pergigian Simpang, Taiping. He is also currently affiliated with 3M Oral Care and Sanctuary Dental.
