BDS (Mal), MClinDent (Mal), MFDSRCS (Eng), DipHyp (LCCH) Dr Annapurny graduated from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur in 2002. She completed her Clinical Master’s In Paediatric Dentistry in 2010 and also obtained a Membership in the Faculty of Dental Surgery, England in 2008. She is a trained clinical hypnotherapist and obtained her Diploma in Hypnotherapy from London College of Clinical Hypnosis in 2015. She has recently completed a PGDip in the field of Health Economics from the University of South Wales.
Dr.Annapurny is currently an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Dentistry, UiTM and is actively involved in teaching and research. Area of interest includes Dental Traumatology, Craniofacial Anomalies and Hypnosis. She currently holds the position of Vice President of the Malaysian Society of Clinical Hypnosis and Editor-In-Chief of the Malaysian Journal of Paediatric Dentistry.
